Shipping and Returns

We want you to be happy with your order, and we're always here to help if something isn't right. The best way to reach us is at orders@pinkdoorfabrics.com.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $120.

Because our fabrics are cut-to-order, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping times shown at checkout begin after your order has been prepared and shipped.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because our fabrics are cut-to-order specifically for each customer, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with the order. Once fabric has been cut, it can be difficult for us to match that exact yardage with another customer's needs.

Of course, if we've made a mistake or there's a problem with your order, we'll make it right.

We work hard to make our product photos and descriptions accurately represent each fabric. If the fabric you receive is materially different from what was shown or described in the product listing, please reach out to us before cutting or washing it and we'll be happy to help with a return or exchange.

Likewise, if you've received an incorrect or defective item, please let us know so we can put it right.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

If we authorize a return, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label via email. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your account.

What is your cancellation policy?

We get it - sometimes life gets in the way of sewing.

  • Preorders: You're welcome to cancel a preorder within 30 days of placing your order. The same applies to Blocks of the Month that haven't yet started.
  • In-stock orders: If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it reaches our cutting and fulfillment team. Because we work hard to get orders out quickly, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to cancel an order once processing has begun.

Can I cancel my Block of the Month?

If your Block of the Month hasn't started yet, you may cancel within 30 days of placing your order.

Once a Block of the Month has started, we're unable to accept cancellations.

A Block of the Month is essentially the purchase of a complete quilt program, delivered and paid for in installments. Once the program begins, we've committed the fabric for your entire quilt and your place can no longer be offered to another customer. Cancelling partway through can therefore leave us with fabric that we can't use elsewhere.

We appreciate your understanding and ask that you consider the full commitment before joining a Block of the Month.

How do I cancel my Pink Door Box Club subscription?

Your Pink Door Box Club subscription can be cancelled at any time outside of a locked-in period.

Each box requires us to order and reserve products well in advance. A locked-in period begins when we place our final orders for everything going into an upcoming box - usually around two months before the collection is released - and ends once that box has shipped.

We'll email you before each locked-in period begins so you have an opportunity to cancel your subscription beforehand.

Once a locked-in period has begun, we've already committed to purchasing the products for your upcoming box, so that box can no longer be cancelled. You can still cancel future boxes, with your cancellation taking effect after the committed box has shipped.
