Eudaimonia Studio’s Hand + Soul 2026 Block of the Month program combines modern quilt design with monthly philosophical perspectives to offer a year long journey of reflection and creativity. Each month, members will receive a new quilt block pattern along with creative prompts, recommended reading, and access to a private online community.

The program runs January-December 2026. At the end of the year, participants will have a completed quilt and a deeper connection to their creative and personal growth!
