SEW FANCY RETREAT POLICY

Specific to our Sew Fancy Retreats - these are non-refundable events. At any time before the event, if you must cancel your registration, we will attempt to facilitate a transfer of your registration on your behalf. If your ticket is able to be transferred, there will be a $75 administration fee to facilitate this transfer. We do not permit transfers done on your own and anyone not enrolled by us will not be permitted into the event. 60 days prior to the event, absolutely no transfers or cancellations and/or refunds will be permitted. All guest lists are final at this time and no changes will be made. No transfers from one retreat to another will be permitted. 

Should you need to cancel/transfer, we request that you send us an email confirmation of your hotel cancellation if you reserved under the room block before we can complete the transfer. 

Wait List: We do have a wait list for each retreat and utilize this to fill spots. You can not enroll other people on the wait list or hold spots for others; each person must enroll themselves. We move through the list from first submission to most recent. Duplicate submissions will be ignored.

We do our best to provide all applicable helpful information prior to the retreat; this can include travel info, weather, Colorado elevation tips, supplies needed, costs for parking and more. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information if it changes or is modified and encourage you to double check pricing with hotels and restaurants as well as mask requirements and reservation requirements prior to your arrival.
